Service system
Guangda new network management system in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality standards, provide high quality services directly to customers. Including: product delivery services, equipment installation and soft tone services, inspection services, software upgrades, spare parts service, training services.
 
Service team consists of:
Ø  Remote technical support team   7 * 24 hours 400 telephone remote service, the response to a major failure within 30 minutes, the shortest one hour telephone or mail to provide initial solutions to customers; remote can not be resolved, the allocation of resources in the nearest engineer commitments within the scene to solve.
Ø  Engineering installation team   Provide on-site investigation, the implementation of program development, installation and other services soft tone.
Ø  Training Team   Basic principles, products and application technology, engineering, installation, operation and maintenance training.
Ø  Customer Service Team   Telephone visit customers, satisfaction surveys, customer complaint handling.
Ø  Local Service Team   Set up offices in major provinces and cities, to achieve localization services. Localization services team to provide 7 * 8 hour on-site service.
